  • Traffic Accident Assistance

    In case the insured vehicle suffers a traffic accident resulting in damage to your vehicle or third parties’ property as a consequence of Collision or Crash due to a traffic accident, specialized personnel will be sent who will provide a detailed report of the event, photographic record, and the insured’s documentation.

  • Towing Service

    Collision or mechanical damage to the insured vehicle. It will be at no additional cost only if requested through ASSAMóvil 2278-2772.  This service has a limit of $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars) per event, with no limit of events during the year.

  • Medical Emergency

    If you need an ambulance due to a traffic accident, you can receive immediate ground medical emergency service from the place of the event to the nearest hospital.

  • Roadside Assistance

    If you need a change of tire, power supply, or gasoline supply. In the latter case, the amount of the fuel must be paid in cash, by the beneficiary, at the place of assistance. This service has a maximum limit of $150.00 per event, with no limit of events during the year.

  • Locksmith For Lost or Misplaced Keys

    We will coordinate the dispatch of a professional locksmith to solve the loss or misplacement of the keys of the insured vehicle. This service has a maximum limit of $ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars) per event, with no limit of events in the year.

  • Vehicle Immobilization Assistance

    In case of a breakdown or accident occurring more than 25 kilometers from the city of usual residence, we will provide one of the following three services: hotel, transportation, or substitute vehicle rental, at the insured’s choice, once the insured has reported to our assistance line.  If the vehicle reported by the insured has already been towed to a city other than the one where it was immobilized, these services will NOT apply.

  • Advice on Reporting Total Vehicle Theft

    ASSAMóvil will provide all the necessary information on the procedure for filing a complaint with the corresponding authorities. We do not carry out any procedures or formalities on behalf of the insured, as these are personal procedures.

  • Legal Assistance

    In the event the driver of the insured vehicle is responsible for a traffic event due to an accident, the assistance of an authorized attorney will be coordinated for the management of the necessary proceedings.  This service does not include but may provide as an additional service, the procedure for releasing the vehicle in case of preventive seizure of property by an authority.
