The company undertakes to cover the direct damage or material loss to the insured property described in this offer caused by a sudden and unforeseen act as a consequence of:

(a) The direct action of electrical energy due to short circuits, arcing, and other similar effects, as well as those due to electrical disturbances resulting from lightning or lightning strikes near the installation.

b) Errors in design, calculation, or assembly, defects in material casting, construction, workmanship, and employee or defective materials.

c) Lack of water in boilers and other steam producers.

d) Centrifugal force, but only loss or damage sustained by tearing in the machine.

e) Foreign bodies that enter or strike the insured property.

f) Defects in greasing, loosening of parts, abnormal stresses, molecular fatigue, and self-heating.

g) Failure of regulating devices
