Please read carefully the information we need to process your auto claim.
Notice of Loss
- The Insured Party must notify the Company in writing within the following three days or on the day he/she becomes aware of the loss, using the forms provided for this purpose.
- In case of Theft and other criminal acts, they should be immediately reported in writing to the competent authority, and the Insured Party should send certification of the report to the Company.
- In case of Civil Liability, it should be executed immediately, as soon as the Insured Party has knowledge of the existence of the loss which has caused bodily injury, including the death of third parties or damage to property of third parties, even if he or the driver does not consider himself or the driver to be guilty thereof.
- Failure to give notice of loss within the aforementioned term shall release the Company from all liability.

Claim Processing
Our insured must be up to date in the payment of premiums in order to process the claim.
Payment of the Claim
The presentation of the documents does not represent any payment obligation on the part of the Company since the Insured Party’s compliance with the General and Specific Conditions and addenda of the Automobile Policy prevails.
